This Series heat pump low-temperature dehumidifier mainly provides heat, cooling and dehumidification for the drying room. The drying room's inside humid hot air will be send to the units return air pipe and flow into the unit through the negative pressure circulating fan; Through the high temperature side of the heat exchanger , First time to lower the air temperature and to increase the relative humidity rate for the unit cubic water; Then the air temperature will be lowered in Second time through the surface cooler. At that time, the relative humidity rate of the air already close to its own dew point temperature. Then Pass the evaporator to lower the temperature thirdly and To realize condensation and dehumidification after dehumidification,The moisture will be discharged from the water tank and drain pipe which are on the bottom of the evaporator.At this time, the circulating air becomes into a kind of lowtemperature drying type cold air because of the condensation and the Relative humidity is reduced.Pass the air hose and back to the low temperature side of the Full-effect heat exchanger.Then the high temperate and lower temperate exchange the heat.Makes the low-temperature cold air be heated first time and reduce the air relative humidity Again pass though the condenser.To increase the air temperature and reduce the air relative humidity. Make it reach the temperature for dryer room use and form into the hot dryed air .Then be extracted by the Centrifugal fan and send into the dryer room.

High Temperature Heat Pump System Principle
The high temperature heat pump consists of compressor, condenser, throttling device and evaporator. The refrigerant absorbs air heat from the evaporator, transforming from low pressure liquid to steam, then pressurized into high temperature steam by the compressor. In the condenser, the refrigerant releases heat and condenses into high pressure liquid. The throttling device reduces pressure and temperature, completing the cycle that transfers low temperature heat to high temperature medium.
