The main process of equipment production as follows:
① Material preparation:cutting, blending of the plate. Here you can see our plate bending machine, and cutting machine. It is the most up-to-date in the industry. The material we use is SS304(three zero four) stainless steel. It is food grade. You can see the quality is very good.
② Assembly:assemble for the main structure of the equipment.
③ Argon Welding:welding to connect the different structure together.
④ Grinding:polishing (our worker is grinding the steel edge)
⑤ Accurate assembly:to assemble every parts of the equipment on the structure.
⑥ Surface finishing polished:polishing for the second time to make it more smooth and flat.
⑦ Quality control : we set upa department for inspection according to the world standard to ensure the quality of our equipment.
⑧ Testing:our equipment will be tested before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of the products received by customers
⑨ Delivery:our equipment will be delivered on time within the time agreed by the customer. And sometimes the production will be completed ahead of schedule.
