Tomato Processing Plant Product Description

The next steps involve crushing the tomatoes, refining and pulping the mixture, and employing filtration to eliminate any impurities. Subsequently, the mixture undergoes concentration, sterilization, and a final aseptic filling process. The outcome of this comprehensive process is a high-quality ketchup product, which is packaged in sterile bags placed within buckets for distribution.
Once the ketchup is packaged into aseptic barrel bags, it can undergo further processing to create different products such as ketchup sauce and juice. These products can be packaged in various formats, including bags, square bottom bags, cans, PP containers, bottles, and gable caps. This versatility enables the product to be distributed and sold in diverse markets while catering to the varying needs of customers.
