Sterilization temperature and holding time are adjustable. With this machine, fruit and vegetable juices/pulp/fruit purees can be heated to a very high temperature of approx. 115°C, held for 30 seconds and then immediately cooled to ambient temperature. UHT sterilizers preserve the flavor and nutritional content of fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

The production capacity of the fruit and vegetable sterilizer processing line ranges from 20 tons/day to 1500 tons/day. Lines can also be shared to process other fruits with similar characteristics. Especially, the tube-in-tube sterilizer is adopted, and the sterilization time is as short as 30 seconds, which can keep the freshness of the product. In particular, the sterilization rate is over 75%. The final product tastes good and the color is beautiful. Different capacities of multi-effect evaporators can be selected. Fully automatic line or semi-automatic line can be selected according to cost.
