The automatic tubular sterilizer was developed in-house by combining advanced overseas technology based on many years of experience in the industry. This equipment is widely used to sterilize liquid foods such as fruit juices, purees, tea drinks and milk. This equipment adopts the world's advanced technology that not only guarantees the sterilization effect, but also perfectly preserves the nutritional content of the material.
Tube in Tube Type Sterilizer is specially used for processing concentrated paste and other high viscosity materials. The equipment adopts a four layer casing structure, uses heated water as heating medium to instantly heat and sterilize the material, and then uses cooling water or ice water to quickly cool the sterilized material. The heat exchange medium flows in the innermost two layers and the outermost layer of the tube, so as to ensure the maximum heat exchange area and efficiency, the internal temperature of the material is uniform, and the material is fully sterilized.
Tubular sterilizers are capable of heat recovery and cooling of materials at the same time. Sufficient heat can be recovered in the preheating section and the sterilization section. This sterilization equipment uses multi-stage heating, sterilization and cooling of liquid or slurry materials to improve the efficiency of thermal energy usage.
Throughout the sterilization process, material temperature is controlled in a fully automated manner. The tubular sterilizer allows the discharge temperature to be controlled according to the user's needs, and the temperature can be adjusted to the value required by the sterilization filling machine.
