The production line is suitable for producing different kinds of carrot products, such as paste, puree, juice, beverage and other products. The production line is mainly composed of washing & sorting machine, conveyor/elevator, crushing machine, precooking/blanching machine, pulper & refiner, enzymatic hydrolysis & filtration system, sterilizer, aseptic filling machine and other equipment. Main Equipment
1. Precooking/Blanching Machine
Gofun’s continuous blanching machine is used for cooking and boiling of fruits and vegetables. The continuous blanching machine belongs to one of the fruits and vegetables pre-processing machines, mainly used for softening and destroying enzyme of peach, apricot, plum, mango before destoning and pulping. This machine is completely stainless-steel structure.
2. Pulper & refiner
This machine is Used for many different kinds of fruits to separate the fruit pulp and slag by pulping, seed removing.
3. Enzymatic hydrolysis & Filtration system
The enzymatic processing is used to convert starch, cellulose and other biomass into glucose. This step of processing would be helpful for filter.
Different types of filtration machine can be offered: horizontal screw centrifuge, disk centrifuge, membrane filtration and etc. Type and model are customized according to the customer requirements and layout. Filtration system is to remove left fruit/vegetable pulp after extraction to produce clear and stable juice.
4. Sterilizer
The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, the fruit or vegetable juice/paste/pulper can be heated to a very high temperature around 115℃, held for 30s and then cooled to ambient temperature immediately. UHT sterilizer can protect the taste and nutrients of fruits or vegetables as much as possible.
