Celery is very popular in many regions around the world. Gofun can supply complete carrot processing line for the production of celery puree/ paste, juice as well as beverage.
1. Washing and sorting machine
Different types of washing machine can be offered: brushing and spraying washing machine which is commonly used in carrot, bubble washing machine and etc., type and model can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
2. Crushing machine
GFM-FC series crusher is mainly used for crushing of many kinds of fruits or vegetables, for example: carrot, tomato, apple, pear, strawberry, celery and etc. it can crush the raw materials into small particles which could increase the working effect of next processing section. The machine is composed of feed hopper, side cover, frame, principal axis, bearing block, motor, motor structure, outlet hopper etc.
3. Precooking/Blanching Machine
Gofun’s continuous blanching machine is used for cooking and boiling of fruits and vegetables. The continuous blanching machine belongs to one of the fruits and vegetables pre-processing machines, mainly used for softening and destroying enzyme of peach, apricot, plum, mango before destoning and pulping. This machine is completely stainless-steel structure.
4. Pulper & refiner
This machine is Used for many different kinds of fruits to separate the fruit pulp and slag by pulping, seed removing.
5. Enzymatic hydrolysis & Filtration system
The enzymatic processing is used to convert starch, cellulose and other biomass into glucose. This step of processing would be helpful for filter.
Different types of filtration machine can be offered: horizontal screw centrifuge, disk centrifuge, membrane filtration and etc. Type and model are customized according to the customer requirements and layout. Filtration system is to remove left fruit/vegetable pulp after extraction to produce clear and stable juice.
6. Sterilizer
The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, the fruit or vegetable juice/paste/pulper can be heated to a very high temperature around 115℃, held for 30s and then cooled to ambient temperature immediately. UHT sterilizer can protect the taste and nutrients of fruits or vegetables as much as possible.

Aapplication

In carrot processing, the crushing machine is used for crush the raw carrots into small particles, which could increase the working effect of next processing section. Blanching machine is used for cooking and boiling carrot particles which is to soften carrot particles and destroy the enzyme before pulping. The package can be aseptic bags, sachet, stand-up pouch, metal can, PP container, PET bottle, glass bottle, gable top, etc.
