Fruit pulper and refiner
Gofun Company has developed the most advanced fruit pulping machine by learning and absorbing the high tech from Italy. The machine is with the most advanced working principle, highest accuracy of manufacturing.
Evaporation
Put the pulp in a stainless-steel pot for heating and concentration, add sugar while boiling, and concentrate until the soluble solids reach 55%. Add the so-called citric acid. The citric acid is added 0.5h before the pot, in order to prevent the addition. The co-heating of sugar acid produces excessive invert sugar, which causes browning of sugar acid and affects the effect of browning control of enzyme.
Aseptic filling
The concentrated jam is placed in a washed jam jar and heat sealed.
terilization cooling
The processed jam product is sterilized in boiling water for 15 minutes, and the product is quickly cooled to normal temperature.
